ALYCE BENSON

I became a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor in 2006. I grew up always being passionate about sports – I love being fit and healthy and a good role model for others. Being a busy mum of two kids, I know how hard it is to fit exercise in. I really believe though that we need to remember it’s not all about the kids, and sometimes we need to put ourselves first.
