Intense Strength Express
Use this express 30-minute class to build strength and muscle tone fast.

Low to medium intensity resistance class in the water. A fun and exhilarating class for all ages. Ideal for people who have never participated in a group fitness class before. Guaranteed to work you hard while having a lot of fun with friends.

Challenge Fit
Designed to improve functional strength and endurance using compound movements, this class comprises of high intensity interval training with weight lifting. Suitable for all levels from beginner to advanced.

Les Mills CX Worx
Based on cutting-edge scientific research, CX Worx is the ultimate way to get a tight and toned core. A class that really hones in on torso and sling muscles that connect your upper body to your lower body. It's ideal for tightening your tummy and butt, while also improving functional strength and assisting in injury prevention.

Fit boxing
A combination of fit boxing and circuit training. This class incorporates high-intensity interval training and areas of body resistance training. This is a fantastic class to spike your heart rate to increase fitness while building muscle strength and endurance.

HIIT is a type of cardio training in which you alternate short, very high intensity intervals with longer, slower intervals to recover. This training can comprise of bodyweight exercise, weight-based exercise and plyometric exercise. These short, intense workouts provide improved athletic capacity and condition, improved glucose metabolism, and improved fat burning.

A high-intensity class involving speed, plyometric and strength training. Designed to increase cardiovascular fitness and strength endurance.
